Volvo designs all of its new Audio Systems in conjunctions with leader audio component manufactures to tailor the sound and acoustics for each vehicle it designs!

Interesting to note is that the worlds first RDS (Radio Data System) was introduced in a Volvo. As well as Dolby Pro-Logic Surround and its second generation interation Pro-Logic II. Danish audio supplier, Dynaudio, is the principle manufacture and cohort which Volvo works with to design precision audio systems for all the vehicles in the lineup.
